Before And After Photos

Nazia Glover – This male patient in his forties was diagnosed with hypodontia, multiple retained deciduous teeth which were failing, tooth wear, as well as worn and fractured restorations. Treatment was phased to first increase the occlusal vertical dimension (OVD) using composite restorations and provisional crowns before implants were placed to replace the failing deciduous teeth with both single units and implant-retained bridges. Definitive treatment was carried out with a combination of implants and conventional crowns at the new increased OVD.

Graham Browning – This patient attended the practice with very mobile teeth. As the teeth were not restorable, all were extracted. Six implants were then placed and an Implant-retained bridge attached on the same day of placing the implant.

When the patient returned for his follow-up appointment to monitor the health and prognosis of the implants, he was very happy with his new smile and delighted that he can now eat anything, even apples from the tree in his garden.

Naveed Soomro – This male patient attended with multiple missing teeth following a failed bridge, leaving a large anterior region gap and exposed prepped tooth. The patient was keen for a fixed solution rather than removeable.

After an initial consultation and multiple treatment plan options, we decided on a screw-retained implant bridge and conventional prosthesis on the already prepped tooth to prevent the need for removal of the tooth.
